SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Regional Security Manager to join us in keeping our people safe. In this role, you will report to the Head of Security Strategy as part of a team that is responsible for all aspects of physical security for our large Tel Aviv office and Wiz worldwide. As the Israel-based Regional Security Lead, you will assume primary responsibility for access management at our Tel Aviv office and enforce physical security policy. You will support the Global Physical Security Team and play a central role in maintaining security for key Wiz executives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Enforce the physical access management policy across Wiz's Israel estate, verifying compliance and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with partners as needed to respond to, investigate, and remediate any access violations or broader security incidents.
- Assist in developing executive protection measures in Israel, collaborating with external providers to ensure seamless support for our Wiz leaders.
- Maintain relationships with key Israel-based security providers, share guidance, and manage intelligence resources for regional security and risk management.
- Support leadership in making travel security decisions and collaborate with the Wiz travel team to assist global travelers and respond to security incidents.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 4+ years of experience in security operations, or intelligence roles (private or public sector).
- Extensive knowledge of current and emerging security technologies, document control, and physical security measures.
- Proven experience in implementing security strategies, policies, procedures, and standards
- Strong business acumen and intuition for proactive partnership with stakeholders across the company.
- Attention to detail and ability to extract insights from large sets of data.
- Fluent Hebrew and English language skills.
