Responsibilities:
- Ongoing bookkeeping responsibility for preparing the financial information to support end-of-month closing and reporting, which includes, among others:-Record day-to-day financial transactions and journal entries-Bank statements and credit card reconciliation-Process vendor bills, prepare and manage A/P payments, and ongoing vendor reconciliation-Producing invoices to customers abroad
Requirements:
- Certified Bookkeeper level 2 or higher – must
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Experience with multi-books / dual-currency bookkeeping.
- Experience in an international company with monthly/quarterly books closing - an advantage
- Experience in NetSuite – an advantage
- Strong Excel skills
- Personal skills: responsible, well organized, detail-oriented, and strong customer service skills. Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
