About the role:


We are looking for a QA Engineer who will join our R&D team and take part in developing our life-saving Real-Time communication platform that supports national emergency services all over the world. As a QA Engineer at Carbyne, you will test platforms like Mobile (iOS and Android), Command & Control systems, Real-time communication network protocols, and various Web & desktop applications.

Requirements


  • 3-4 years of experience in manual testing.
  • Work experience in companies with complex system infrastructure. 
  • Knowledge of STP, STD, and STR document creation.
  • Understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL usage.
  • Familiarity with Client-Server topology.
  • Experience in working with debugging tools.
  • Curiosity and attention to details.
  • Excellent team player on one hand and a self-motivator on the other.
  • Willing to work under pressure and overtime hours when required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work closely with the US team.

Bonus points for:


  • Knowledge of mobile paradigms and technologies (iOS and Android).
  • White Box testing experience.
  • Knowledge of network protocols.
