Own and drive relationships with external audiences of all kinds — from engineer to CTO — to understand business objectives and translate requirements into solutions
Oversee onboarding in collaboration with field-facing teams, ensuring customers enjoy amazing user management experiences
Optimize our internal and external documentation and processes surrounding a host of products
Spend some time analyzing our processes and instigating changes to help scale our user operations
Work in partnership with other teams at Clerk to define the future of developer experience on the platform
