Role overview


We are seeking a Senior People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in nurturing our company culture, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring a seamless employee experience. If you are passionate about people, adept at handling HR operations, and excited to contribute to a rapidly growing tech company, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all team members.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient use of HR technology.
  • Promote and enhance our company culture through various initiatives, events, and programs that support employee well-being and engagement.

Requirements


  • +3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related field, with a focus on fast-growing tech companies.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
