Strong performance leads to high expectations, and we must keep raising the bar!We are seeking a professional and organized Talent Intern within our Influencer Talent Agency division to support in the representation and management of the careers of various social media influencers. Must be a positive, creative, and dedicated hard worker who can balance many tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The right person should have an interest and basic understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, and an interest in growing a career in the talent agent industry.*Please note that this is a 4 month contract to start. Applicants must have either recently graduated, or be currently enrolled in a program with some experience in a professional setting*

What You'll Do Here:


  • Assist in discovering and signing influencers who are looking for representation
  • Working with influencers on a daily basis to process requests, remind them of posting schedules, and discuss any new opportunities
  • Work with your Agent and Coordinators to represent the business and brands of leading social media personalities
  • Assist Agent with brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole
  • Stay on top of new and emerging trends in the influencer industry, able to ideate and support your designated vertical
  • Present and assist with the execution of growth strategies for influencers
  • Serve as the administrative support person for your Vertical and associated talent, managing inboxes, communications and moving projects in accordance with associated timelines
  • Own associated data entry associated with your teams ongoing contracts and deals, ensuring proper tracking and management of information

You'll Need To Have:


  • Must have either recently graduated, or be currently enrolled in a program with some experience in a professional setting
  • Must have a basic understanding of talent management/talent representation of Social Media Influencers and/or Celebrities 
  • Proficient in use of Google Suite, experience with data management tools a plus
