Position SummaryLightEdge is an enterprise-grade public and private cloud services and colocation company focused on the needs of businesses and their critical IT requirements. If you want to take your skills to the next level by joining an industry leader, this is an excellent opportunity for you!LightEdge is seeking a dynamic Inside Channel Manager (ICM) to develop and manage strategic relationships with key Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs), specifically Telarus, Upstack, and AppSmart. TSDs serve as critical connectors between suppliers of as-a-service technologies and the technology advisors who deliver solutions to end users.

Our TSD partners go beyond intermediary roles, providing consultative, efficient, and professional support to help partners succeed. The ICM will play a vital role in onboarding new partners, delivering comprehensive support and training, and optimizing the performance of existing partners. The ideal candidate will possess robust channel management experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of the sales process. This full-time position demands meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics.

Responsibilities:


  • Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners within Telarus, Upstack, and AppSmart.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to partners within these TSDs to ensure their success.
  • Manage and enhance the performance of existing partners through strategies such as account mapping, in-person meetings, and regular cadence calls to maintain engagement and awareness.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with TSD partners, collaborating closely to achieve shared goals.
  • Align efforts with the sales team to synchronize sales and channel strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide relevant insights.
  • Measure and report on channel partner performance using metrics such as sales and revenue.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel.
  • Represent LightEdge at industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote our brand.

Requirements:


  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Technologically proficient, with strong familiarity with Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with excellent listening skills, a pleasant phone demeanor, and a positive attitude.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to assess partner issues, identify solutions, and implement long-term strategies.
  • Thrive in a high-efficiency environment, demonstrating personal dependability and organizational commitment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience working at a technology company.
  • Proven track record of achieving goals as an ICM or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated competency in ICM responsibilities or equivalent experience.
