About the Team:
The S&D vertical at Ninjacart is focused on the farm to retailer business of procuring from farmers and delivering to retailers - ensuring that farmers get paid the right price for their efforts and that retailers are able to get market quality produce delivered at their doorsteps. The last mile distribution is handled by our Distributor partners based out of our Micro Distribution Centres.As a part of the team, you will be in charge of managing the entire Sales & Distribution for the assigned territory.
For this, you will need to handle a team of Business Development Executives driving Tonnage, Customer Retention and key growth initiatives. You will have a dedicated Partner Success Manager who will work as a liaison to handle the Distributor Partnersresponsible for handling the Last Mile Distribution, Cash Collection and Returns Liquidation. You will also have a dedicated Area Operations Manager who will assist you in handling the Last Mile Operations for the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
● Driving, handling & monitoring the entire Sales & Distribution for the assigned territory● Owning the PnL of the distribution partners - Owning Volumes, Revenue, Market Share & PnL of the assigned territory● New account/customer acquisition & competition benchmarking● Continuous monitoring & improvement of Salesforce efficiency● Continuous improvement on customer experience within the defined TAT● Balancing the budget with business goals & objectives● Coordinating with the multiple stakeholders (Category/Operations/Product/ Analytics/ Finance/ HR etc.,) to continuously improve the P&L for the assigned Territory/Zone/Area
