Job Title: Principal Solutions Architect (Funded Headcount Roles/Responsibilities)
Role Expectations:
- The PSA will be responsible for the final delivery of LoE's, SOWs, pre-sales collateral (PowerPoint, pdf, etc.), enablement, and client/sales team documentation specific to Alkira products.
- Regularly meets with partner and updates Trace regional resources on OEM product updates. Reports on opportunities and deal registrations.
- Regularly meets with Trace3 Research and VC teams to keep abreast of industry trends, leveraging this information to develop client industry content.
- Own appropriate level manufacturer relationships (PTAB, etc.) and facilitate dialogue to drive opportunities to Trace3 sales teams, opening new clients where appropriate, overall increasing the positive perception of the Trace/Alkira partnership.
- Become proficient, facilitate, and drive Alkira Web-based curriculum, and SE enablement opportunities for Trace3 team members.
- Become proficient at delivering Alkira product discussions and technical demos.
- Develop "battle cards" to demonstrate where one manufacturer is better than another in specific areas mapping to Alkira products.
- Serve as a point of escalation for HQ and Regional resources who need assistance on a sales initiative or post sales delivery effort.
- Attend industry conferences and report back to the broader Trace3 regions and BU's on how these conferences inform, change, or reinforce our strategic direction.
- Collaborate with Alkira to conduct 1 Trace3/Alkira Case Study for FY 2024 - customers can be anonymous, published as Trace3 & Alkira Partnership.
- Participate in Alkira Quarterly Business Reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and maintain sales collateral associated with partner sales campaigns, sanitize, and share as appropriate.
- Bi-weekly meetings with all HQ and Regional technical resources focused on sales or delivery related to responsible technical area.
- Collaborate with Alkira to develop sales presentation/talk track material enabling our front-line sales teams for future success based on past successes.Act as first point of contact for all sales related client meetings, delegating to Engagement Architects as appropriate.
- Ensure all LoEs, SOWs, and Pre-Sales Collateral are completed in a timely manner and to a high degree of excellence.Participate in Alkira sponsored Trace3 events: Work directly with Alkira to follow-up/develop event leads (Alkira is investing in events which provides the PSA leads to follow up on).
