This role requires you to work with cross-functional teams such as BD, Tech and Research, community, and DevRel. Your expertise in managing marketing and launch projects, combined with your exceptional communication skills, will play a crucial role in our mission to shape the future of finance.What You'll Do
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and dApp launch programs, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, development, and community management.
- Drive project timelines, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between all stakeholders.
- Implement and refine project management methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of marketing initiatives and product launches, aligning with Core Foundation's goals and vision.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or product launch context.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and gain trust at all levels.
- Monday.com knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technology is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
