We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team.

The primary focus of this role is to handle incoming inquiries, engage with potential clients interested in Verto FX's cross-border payment and global banking solutions, and guide them through the sales process.

In this role you will:



  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from potential clients interested in Verto FX's products and services.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Verto FX's offerings to effectively communicate the benefits and address client inquiries.

  • Engage in consultative sales conversations to understand the client's needs and recommend suitable solutions.

  • Schedule demo’s for interested clients to connect with the senior sales team for further discussion and closing.

  • Assist with onboarding where necessary

  • Conduct timely follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, answer additional queries, assist with onboarding and guide them through the decision-making process.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and activities in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the wider sales team, marketing, and customer success teams to provide a seamless experience for clients.

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a sales representative or in a similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.

  • An understanding of cross-border payments, global banking, and FX treasury management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and resilience.

  • A burning desire to succeed and progress within the role.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
