Your Job
You will lead and drive the strategic human resources initiatives to support Sparteo’s hypergrowth, international expansion, and remote team integration. You will oversee and guide your HR team to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies, while also occasionally taking a hands-on approach when necessary.To specify
- Lead and Drive Strategic Human Resources Initiatives
- Lead and drive the strategic human resources initiatives to support Sparteo’s hypergrowth, international expansion, and remote team integration.
- Oversee and guide your HR team to ensure the successful implementation of these strategies, while also occasionally taking a hands-on approach when necessary.
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Define HR strategies that align with Sparteo’s goals, relying on your team to execute these strategies effectively.
- Lead the deployment of the HR strategies by guiding the HR team, which currently includes 1 HRBP, 1 Human Resources Officer, 2 apprentices, and 2 recruiters.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the HR roadmap.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Talent Management
- Define and lead the recruitment strategy with the assistance of your team to attract top talent to support Sparteo’s growth.
- Ensure employee retention by leveraging your team's efforts.
- Ensure that your team has the resources and support to develop professionally and succeed in their roles, and help them to extend this support to the entire organization.
- Culture
- Foster a work environment that reflects Sparteo’s values and supports Sparteo's high-performance environment, working closely with your team.
- Ensure employee engagement and cohesion by empowering your team to drive initiatives.
- Embody the company’s values and lead your team by example.
- Promote continuous learning and development, encouraging your team to advocate and implement these practices.
- Compliance and Policies
- Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations, supported by your team.
- Define, deploy, and maintain HR policies and processes with the active involvement of your team to ensure consistency and the achievement of company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with budgets approved semi-annually.
Your profile for this job
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar role within a technology company and a rapidly growing environment.
Possesses in-depth knowledge of labor law, particularly French labor law.
Has been involved in leading HR initiatives for international expansion, including setting up new structures abroad.
Shares our hunger for improvement, data-driven decision-making, and a desire to processize, automate, and maximize efficiency. This approach enables teams to focus on high-value operations and drive the company forward.Â
Is fluent in both English and French.
What would be a strong plus:
Successfully leading HR efforts in scaling a company from 50 to 200 employees.
Managing HR in a remote work environment.
