About the role:


As the Senior Manager of Creative Operations, you will create and implement strategies to improve the quality of the visual content that we provide to customers. You will be challenged to manage an in-house team of creative professionals responsible for bringing out the full potential of all the visual content generated on the Snappr platform, both shoots completed by our Partner Photographers worldwide, as well as images generated by our AI Operations team. Your impact on delivering vibrant, standout imagery to our customers and giving them an incredible experience will be the lifeblood that powers Snappr’s explosive growth and enables our consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand visual content worldwide.

What you'll do:


  • Build and execute initiatives to improve the quality of the visual content that Snappr delivers to customers
  • Distill and present complex creative needs to clients and key stakeholders
  • Create best practices to train photographers and editors on how to achieve consistently high-quality imagery
  • Manage a team of 20 Quality Assurance specialists 
  • Build workflows and reporting to ensure we are hitting speed and quality targets for image delivery

What you'll need:


  • At least 5 years of experience as a professional photographer
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and user-first mentality
  • Comfortable working in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience at a tech startup is preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership in leading initiatives and projects at your organization.
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate every employee
