About the role:
The Social Media Manager reports to the Head of Marketing and will provide hands-on management and strategic guidance. This person will be responsible for media planning, daily cross-channel performance analysis, budget and campaign optimization, reporting, and driving growth in our media channels on behalf of Fountain. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with the GTM team in communicating the effectiveness of our marketing and recruitment efforts.
What you’ll be doing:
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns, including Social Media and Video Strategy
- Develop digital content in partnership with the Brand team and others in Marketing
- Build and execute planned media posts while ensuring all content is tied back to key monthly themes
- Ensure all campaigns achieve lead goals while maintaining adherence to budget where needed
- Discover expansion and growth opportunities through continuous research and analysis of keywords, audiences, channels, technology, and ad formats
- Compile data and produce periodic media reports, providing deep analysis and actionable insights
- Manage and maintain weekly media budget tracking report
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and act on opportunities to increase performance while ensuring a positive return spend and other key performance indicators
- Continual learning and implementing the latest technology and industry trends
- Support as needed for events and marketing initiatives
What you should bring:
- 5 years of experience in Marketing and social media development plans
- HR Tech and/or startup experience is strongly preferred
- Exceptional ability to project manage and work cross-functionally on content creation
- Strong knowledge of X, LinkedIn Ads, and other media channels such as YouTube
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Top-notch communication skills
- Expert at organizational management, ability to pivot on a dime while applying good judgment
- Positive attitude with an optimistic and energetic disposition
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within deadlines and learn advanced strategies
- Ability to travel 15-20%
