That’s where you come in.We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our People team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and promoting Pontera’s employer branding, sourcing top talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet our hiring needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead the full life cycle recruiting process, delivering an unparalleled candidate experience from sourcing to signing.
  • Elevate our employer presence through social media platforms.
  • Identify and attract high-caliber talent to support Pontera's growth objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand and address hiring needs effectively.
  • Conduct thorough CV screenings, phone interviews, and guide candidates through their recruitment journey at Pontera.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience. Previous experience at startups and hiring R&D professionals a major plus.
  • Proficiency in leveraging social media for recruitment purposes.
  • A competitive drive and genuine passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Exceptional attention to detail alongside the ability to see the big picture.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding candidate experience.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and takes a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated assertiveness and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent level of English, both written and verbal.
