Your Mission:


As a Program Manager in the Office of the CTO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our strategic projects. You will manage and coordinate stakeholders, follow up on work plans, and report key project indicators. Your responsibilities include linking activities across departments for orderly implementation, anticipating risks, and developing mitigation plans. You will also provide regular updates on project status to the Delivery leadership team. Your proactive problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills will be key to driving project excellence.

Profile


  • Possess experience in project management, with a focus on coordinating and following up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Have strong analytical and management skills to anticipate risks and develop effective action plans.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Be proactive in problem-solving and committed to excellence in project delivery.
  • Experience in reporting project management indicators and providing regular updates to the leadership team. 

Qualifications


  • Be an administrator, engineer, or have relevant academic training in a related field.
  • Possess strong analytical and management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, concise, and proactive communication style.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management role.
