Position Description
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to help plan and implement strategies across all lines of marketing and engagement. The position will have a heavy focus on content marketing along with lifecycle and digital advertising.For this role, you should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers’ behavior; acting as a bridge between all channel managers. You should also be able to create spreadsheets and analyze quantitative data to interpret ROI and KPI metrics.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across leading ad platforms, executing new ad tests and campaigns
- Curate, schedule, and coordinate content on all EasyKnock’s social media channels and newsletter campaigns
- Manage post times, frequency, content and KPIs for all related campaigns
- Own all community management across reviews sites and social media
- Partner with marketing leads to identify performance trends and develop insights to help influence decisions for marketing strategy
- Collaborate with marketing managers, copywriters, and designers to create new message and testing across both the website and external collateral ( e.g. brochures and newsletters)
- Assist in current new partner affiliate management - reporting, payout negotiations, and overall relationship building
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field preferred
- 3-4+ years of experience in performance-based digital marketing
- Experience managing digital marketing channels (Google, Meta, etc)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and geographic location. Range: $65,000 - $80,000
