To do so, we (1) support the business with value-added analysis to make the best possible decisions, (2) facilitate and consolidate the forecasting and budgeting processes and (3) set up and maintain internal control processes, including reporting of our financials for both internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities â¨Managing monthly closing (D+6) in collaboration with FP&A teamImplementing and monitoring comprehensive accounting processesSupervising the annual audit control on the 3 main entities and the consolidation with the dedicated accounting firmSupervising the relationship with the external accounting firms Managing the expenses and invoicing tool (Spendesk)Collaborating with Client Ops team on collection actions and PSP wallets follow-upCollaborating with the Engineering and Product teams regarding the developments linked to invoicing and revenue recognitionManage a team of 5 people providing guidance, coaching, and training to develop their skills and expertise
About you :
- A strong finance experience with 10+ years of progressive experience, including at least 3 years in an equivalent role.
- Great rigor and organization skills
- Strong communication skills to be able to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- A passion for finance and a commitment to making it a fun and engaging field
- A track record of working in a fast-growing environment and/or in either the HR, technology, B2B Saas sectors will be a big plus
- Fluent French and English
