We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager with a passion for planning, organizing, and executing programs.
You will provide the Sales Team with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive their growth and success. This role is a very impactful position and would be ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Determine Sales Enablement Priorities with Key Stakeholders:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for enablement focus. This includes understanding the current challenges, opportunities, and strategic goals of the sales team
- Conduct regular meetings with sales managers and representatives to gather insights and feedback. Use this information to pinpoint specific needs, such as knowledge gaps, skill deficiencies, or resource shortages
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas where additional support or training is needed. This involves reviewing metrics like conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win/loss ratios
- Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and addresses the identified priorities. Ensure this strategy is adaptable to changing market conditions and sales dynamics
- Secure buy-in from key stakeholders by presenting the enablement plan and demonstrating its potential impact on sales performance and revenue growth
- Continuously reassess and adjust priorities based on ongoing feedback and performance data to ensure the enablement initiatives remain relevant and effective
- Create, Implement & Manage Training Programs:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that address the identified needs and priorities. These programs should cover various aspects of sales, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and the use of sales tools
- Utilize various training methods, such as e-learning modules, interactive workshops, role-playing sessions, and one-on-one coaching, to ensure effective learning and retention
- Coordinate with subject matter experts and other internal resources to create high-quality training content that is engaging and informative
- Regularly update training materials to reflect new products, market changes, and evolving sales strategies
- Work with Third Parties: Partner with external training providers to deliver specialized training that aligns with key priorities, such as advanced sales techniques and sales tool training. Ensure these external resources are well-integrated with internal training initiatives
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to continuously improve the training initiatives
What you should bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
- Excellent communication skills
- Fast learner
- Strong sense of ownership and drive for success
