The role 


Your primary responsibility is to increase the company's success not only within our existing product lines Voice and Network product lines but also to utilise your team and engagement across the business to create new and innovative products. The spectrum of your tasks ranges from product innovations to optimising the efficiency of existing products.In addition, you will lead a team of Product Managers and develop visions and sustainable strategies in close cooperation with relevant company departments.

You will have a unique blend of business acumen and a broad technical understanding of Connectivity “underlay” and “overlay” managed services such as SDWAN. You will present proposals and create solutions based on market knowledge and commercial review for critical stakeholders to implement these quickly and profitably according to investment decisions. You possess the ability to translate complex concepts and solutions into understandable visual representations and strategies and present these internally and externally.Above all, you will work with product strategically to form a powerful team and ensure the economic success of the Connectivity Business Unit by constantly innovating, ensuring any movement into new markets has clear forecasts with a view of increasing sales as well as profitability in a sustained manner.

Experience:


  • Demonstrable years in product management.
  • Experience in managing products where products are developed in various methodologies such as waterfall, Agile, and SAFE.
  • Working with and managing cross-functional resources and vendors.
  • Advanced knowledge of Ofcom and other regulatory frameworks that impact UK broadband access.
  • The drive and determination to personally see things through to completion.
  • Empathic to different team’s needs such as IT, Sales, Engineering and Finance and can mediate successful outcomes.
  • Strong technical awareness of the following technology towers: 
  • MPLS, Ethernet and IP networking
  • Network Security
  • SD-WAN
  • Carrier Voice
