This individual has the opportunity to analyze performance for our entire growth domain and communicate results to executives and stakeholders across the broader organization. Our ideal candidate has a background in marketing analytics or a similar analytical/digital marketing role, with a true ownership mindset, exceptional analytical skills, and exemplary attention to detail.
Candidates with analytics and attribution experience are preferred. This role reports to the Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing Analytics.

Your day-to-day:
- Oversee day-to-day performance of Greenlight’s advertising program, collaborating with the growth marketing team to run and improve analytics processes, tools, and reports to effectively & efficiently track growth KPIs
- Design, inform, and analyze A/B test optimization strategies, measurement frameworks, lift studies, and other game-changing analytics initiatives
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team and data team to develop a detailed learning agenda – a roadmap of all measurement and analytics activities
- Partner with our centralized data team on larger projects, like building models and preparing dashboards with multiple data sources
Who you are:
- A skilled analyst who enjoys diving deep into data, always seeking to uncover hidden trends and insights through research to drive strategic decisions
- A polyglot of tools, with experience in data visualization platforms and third-party attribution software
- An avid learner with deep curiosity, always looking for the best solution
What you’ll bring to the team:
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, or commensurate experience
- 2+ years’ experience in marketing analytics / performance marketing or 3+ years’ experience in management consulting, startup/tech, finance, or strategy, with a heavy analytical emphasis
- Strong analytical/critical thinking skills with proven ability to leverage data to identify trends, spot performance opportunities, and prove your point with data
- A highly motivated, domain ownership mindset - the ability to thrive in an often ambiguous and fast-paced environment with a dynamic bias for action and a self-starter mentality
- Uncompromising precision and attention to detail: zero-defect analysis, quick spotting of unexpected performance/bugs, ability to troubleshoot marketing tracking systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – written and verbal
- [Preferred] Experience with digital advertising channels and multi-touch attribution
- [Preferred] Experience with SQL and Python for analytics

Our stance on salaries:Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $80,000-110,00The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $80,000-100,00
