What we're looking for:
We're looking for a high-energy individual who loves to sell, win, and build relationships. This role will be responsible for full pipeline generation through outbound sales, inbound leads, and strategic partnerships. You will master the platform and its products/APIs, conduct customer/industry research, establish relationships with strategic stakeholders, perform discovery calls and product demos, and bring in sizable revenue through enterprise and strategic accounts. You must have a track record of meeting and exceeding quota in B2B SaaS and excellent at outbound selling.
Knowledge of Logistics and PropTech is a plus. Ideally, this role is based in the NYC area and will come to our NY HQ on a hybrid schedule (2-3 days a week in office). However, we are open to considering remote individuals as well.
In this role, you will:
· Generate a 3-4x pipeline of your quarterly quota· Continually learn and master the platform offering by becoming a user of it· Perform prospecting through customer, industry, and market research· Pick up the phone and make calls for live meaningful conversations· Manage occasional inbound leads across all stages· Perform discovery calls and product demos· Build effective emails sequences through CRM· Have a unique and defined plan for strategic opportunities· Establish pipeline acceleration through buyer mutual activity· Capture insights on customer needs and processes to perform accurate forecasting· Handle customer objections in the most professional way· Perform follow-ups proactively via all channels· Log quality data and customer insights in CRM· Own and speak to your daily/weekly progress through CRM data· Own your quarterly quota and build a plan around it, including management of the sales process from prospecting through close· Work with success team on customer trials· Provide feedback and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams
We're looking for someone who has:
· 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years of enterprise sales experience· Proven track record of building pipeline with an evolving product· Experience in logistics SAAS - Real Estate / Facilities Management and/ or Warehousing is preferred (or driven to learn vertical)· Experience leading your own product demos· Passion to learn the product and become a product expert· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills· Skillful in getting to the right decision-maker(s) at an enterprise level· Confidence to ask hard questions· Open to receiving feedback and acting on it· Self-starter and motivated to work with minimal oversight· Ability to multi-task and handle pressure· Flexibility to pivot strategically in each opportunity· Knowledge of CRM - HubSpot knowledge is a plus· Experience with State and Federal entities is a plus· Motivated by our story, mission, and values· Located in the New York City area is preferred
The compensation range for this role is:
In addition to other forms of compensation like perks, benefits, and stock options, the salary range for this role is between $200K-$250K per year OTE. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skillset, experience, and geographic location.
