Summary of Job:
The Devops Engineer provides for optimization and growth for our production GCP infrastructure. They are also responsible for providing tooling and support for the software and quality engineering teams.Description of Job Duties:
- Design, build, test, and deploy tools and processes for our development and production infrastructure – an environment including Google Cloud Platform and AWS serving more than 7000 customers in the retail pharmacy industry.
- Automate interactions between our personnel and our infrastructure.
- Build and enhance a world-class software environment that is reliable, scalable, measurable, and maintainable.
- Offer Lumistry employees complete transparency through monitoring and measurement of infrastructure and business operations.
- Collaborate with the Information Security Team addressing privacy, security, and data protection needs for SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST, and CCPA/GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations Team streamlining our internal business operations including interfaces with ERP, CRM, marketing automation, and marcom systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Knowledge and Special Skills:
- 4+ years operating SaaS infrastructure in house or through PaaS providers. AWS or GCP experience required.
- 3+ years deploying products, continuously integrating, upgrading databases without downtime, migrating third party systems.
- Knowledge and experience with all modern cloud technologies including the suites for Google, Amazon, and Microsoft
- Technical familiarity with CI/CD, scripting languages, containers, infrastructure-as-code, cloud and serverless systems, data(bases and lakes), and configuration management.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience:
- Prior experience in the pharmacy industry
