The Opportunity:


As our Corporate Strategy working student you will gain hands-on experience and mentorship in a scaling tech organization. You will collaborate closely with our Corporate Strategy team, support cross-functional strategic projects within the organization, and be integral in the daily operations of the strategy team. 

This role requires you to work in our Munich Office 20 hours a week.


Your Mission:


  • Support for commercetools expansion strategy, e.g. internationalization and product expansion
  • Support strategic and operational project management with the possibility to fully-own certain work streams
  • Support of company-wide AI roll-out to enhance value & solve recurring business problems across various functions
  • Research, analyze, evaluate, and interpret market data, trends, and competitive intelligence
  • Support in the daily operations of our strategy team including preparation of presentations and analysis for top management or the board of directors

What you need to succeed:


  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s program or as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, preferably in the field of business administration, economics, or finance with an excellent academic record
  • Microsoft Office & G-Suite, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive personality with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Ability to work in an international team environment

Nice to have:


  • First practical experiences in management consulting, corporate strategy, or finance
  • e-commerce tech start-up experience is a plus
  • Previous working student experience
