  • Lead strategy, onboarding, upselling, and renewal efforts for organic social media clients in SaaS, fintech and ecommerce, primarily in SaaS/B2B
  • Manage and proactively source available team utilization to create social media content for the Siege Media brand
  • Manage social media strategy and potentially create content for Siege Media across email, Threads, LinkedIn and X/Twitter both for the company and personally
  • Be responsible for client communications including monthly reporting and regular email and Zoom call check-ins
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt the tone and complexity of content to speak to the correct audience, as well as align with relevant style guides
  • Serve as Siege Media’s social media thought leader, providing counsel to team members as well as sharing news, trends and industry updates 
  • Update and create agency processes and trainings to provide education and professional development opportunities to team members
  • Project manage Siege Media team members via working with Content Marketing Managers to help them stay on timeline and hit Siege publishing and quality goals
  • Manage and grow a team of social media content creators that directly support client brands

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field, or relevant proportional experience
  • 5+ years of progressive social media strategy experience that generates measurable platform growth and target audience engagement
  • Proven ability to retain high value clients YOY
  • Experience using social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.) to quantify campaign performance and inform content strategy
  • Professional experience running campaigns on LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, and/or TikTok
  • Ability to strongly report on and communicate the ROI of organic social
  • Experience leading team meetings and maintaining agendas
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form productive working relationships in a remote setting
  • Close attention to detail and a heavy focus on creating quality content
  • Goal-orientated with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Proven ability to generate creative ideas that attract attention on the web

Suggested Skills

  • 5-7 years working in an agency or a similar marketing environment
  • Experience with project management tools like Google Workspace, Basecamp, Smartsheet, and Zoom
  • Experience with social media management tools such as HootSuite, Sprinklr and Sprout Social
  • Deep experience in at least one of our three core verticals: fintech, SaaS, and ecommerce
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Experience with SEO and on-site content marketing
  • Experience collaborating with design teams and giving guidance on design and UX best practices
