When we sell, risk goes down for our customers–we are building trust in the infrastructure of the economy and reputations, stock prices, and the future of commerce takes a critical step forward.Illumio is seeking a motivated, detail oriented, and creative individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Manager. The position is an individual contributor and experienced level role that will report into the Director of Sales Operations and work to support a variety of sales related programs and initiatives across North America, Europe, and Asia. The Sales Operations Manager will work cross-functionally with several organizations at Illumio (including sales, channel, marketing, operations, finance, and support) with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
The role will be instrumental in enabling sales, channel, and marketing teams to work efficiently and effectively within our tool stack by automating processes, providing general database and program support, and evaluating various sales performance indicators.The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing and implementing strategies to support both the sales organization as well as other teams related to the lead to cash process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to ad hoc requests flowing into the sales operations group from various teams, regarding reports, processes, requests for assistance, and or general support
Support territory management, including aligning Accounts and Opportunities with Sales reps
Manage and facilitate the lead to opportunity process in support of the sales teams
Assist in developing training for and onboarding new sales team members
Audit and maintain processes to ensure the accuracy of the data quality within the Salesforce.com database
Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards for users and managers & in doing so provide insight into the business
Ensure forecast accuracy and submission for sales teams within Clari
Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, best practices, and relevant training materials
Serve as a trusted adviser to sales and sales leadership to support the sales effort
Experience:
Bachelor's degree required with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting preferred.
5-7 years of previous sales operations experience.
Proficient with MS Office Suite. Advanced level Excel skills preferred.
In depth experience with Salesforce.com required.
Ability to take initiative, work flexibly, and set priorities with minimal direct supervision.
Approach and address issues with creative solutions.
Strong analytical skills, disciplined attention to detail, highly organized and thorough.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments with competing deadlines.

Pay Range:
$ 138,000 USD - $ 165,000 USDThe pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
