Head of Partnerships, North America
Prezzee is looking for a relationship-focused, industry leader to join one of the world’s fastest-growing digital gifting businesses. With over 400 brand relationships in the US, we have our sights on further expanding our brand and products in North America. Reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships, this important senior leadership role will deliver Prezzee’s global partnerships strategy across the US and Canada. Working with country heads and strategic partners, the Head of Partnerships North America will be responsible for identifying opportunities across all of Prezzee’s US & Canadian channels, owning existing brand relationships and adding and managing new and unique global brands to the Prezzee platform.You have proven experience in this industry or high-growth scale-up businesses in strategic partnerships, business or corporate development and are comfortable in a fast paced work environment. You are hands on, have outstanding business acumen, a strong network and a successful track record with excellent deal negotiation and commercial structuring skills.
You can think laterally and explore creative solutions in both deal negotiation and customer solution design. The Role You’ll Play
- Negotiate and manage the pipeline of new partnership opportunities from launch to implementation, including liaising and communicating with key internal stakeholders across the business- Legal, Customer Care, Product, Finance, Marketing etc.
- Interrogate local data to identify relevant trends and opportunities in order to craft business cases that support all new requests/product visions/roadmaps/etc.
- Manage staff directly and indirectly to support the outcome.
- Develop and implement the retail partnerships strategy, which includes managing corporate relationships, such as IInComm and AfterPay in the US and Canada..
- Along with Global Head of Partnerships, support the development of the partnership submission, including the value proposition and commercial terms.
- Identify and build a pipeline of both global and strategic consumer brand partnership opportunities that will allow Prezzee to differentiate itself from other digital gift card businesses.
- Own brands partner business reviews and strategic analysis to continue to optimize relationships.
- Assist with monthly/quarterly forecasts and support the build of the annual Partnerships budget
Certain Skills are Important, Like…
- 7+ years’ experience in a gift cards or payment technology-based organisation; preferably working in business development, product and service experience, or strategic/ commercial roles .
- Demonstrated business leadership capability, with proven skills to engage, enable and support teams to be their best; Business acumen and financial literacy.
- Exceptional levels of communication with expertise in stakeholder management, customer engagement, facilitation and negotiation.
- Managing ambiguity and complexity in a cross-functional/hybrid environment
- Thriving in fast growth businesses and able to move at pace to achieve plans and outcomes.
- Proactively thinking of new ways to add value and challenge status quo
- Ability to build and develop processes and standards.

Full time base salary range between $135,000 - $145,000
