Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Product Commercialization Manager to join our team. In this mission-critical role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Product, Sales, and Marketing to define and execute the GTM market product strategy.In this role, you will:
- Gather customer feedback and insights through surveys, user interviews, and other feedback channels.
- Develop a deep understanding of the target audience, their pain points, and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation based on market analysis.
- Analyze competitor functionality and market positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop and model the revenue impact of new product features and go-to-market initiatives.
- Comfortable with writing SQL queries to analyze product performance data.
- Craft compelling product recommendations and define success metrics that align with the overall portfolio vision.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and promotional efforts.
- Create clear and concise communication materials to present strategies and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to
- define & recommend product packaging and pricing strategies based on opportunities and market analysis.
- ensure a seamless go-to-market process.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiatives.
- Track and analyze product performance against KPIs and provide actionable insights.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of product strategy and 7+ years of overall GTM experience within the tech industry (prior insurtech, insurance or marketplace experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders
- Fast-paced, nimble, and a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Working experience in Excel, SQL or Google BigQuery
