We’re backed by world-class investors including Y-Combinator, Quona and MEVP, power payments for some of the most disruptive start-ups in the world and have a list of accolades from leading publications including being voted ‘Fintech Start Up of the Year’ at Fintech Awards London 2022.Each year we process billions of dollars of payments and provide companies with solutions which help them to save money, automate processes and grow, but we’re only just getting started.....We’re seeking a Payments Analyst within our dedicated payments team, you willplay a crucial role in processing high-volume transactions, FX settlements,reconciliations, and liquidity allocations for our international payments business.In the next 12 months you will:● Manage the daily execution of cross-border payments and inquiriesaccurately, adhering to established deadlines and existing policies.● Own end-to-end operational support for selected journeys, andengaging with internal business partners for seamless operations.● Ensure close interaction with stakeholders and customers,guaranteeing a positive client experience and smooth hand-offsbetween service and operations.● Act as the point of contact for internal communication between frontand back office.● Investigate, follow-up, and resolve client inquiries and problemsthrough effective communication with clients, banks, and internal staffin a timely and professional manner.● Develop subject matter expertise in business processes to assist withcorrections and remediations.● Be an integral part of a team working towards larger business goals,contributing to individual deliverables assigned to team members.You should be / have:● Precision in payment processing with a focus on accuracy.● Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, meeting tight deadlinesthrough effective workload organisation and prioritisation.● Strong collaborator with the capability to engage seamlessly with businesspartners and staff at all levels.● Demonstrated expertise in analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuringeffective solutions.● Proactive involvement in operational readiness for new activities,collaborating with multiple teams.● Efficient multitasker, managing concurrent workstreams while fosteringteamwork.● Experience in cross-border payments, investigations, and remediations, ispreferred but not necessary.● Proficient in end-to-end queue monitoring and task prioritisation to enhanceteam efficiency.● Previous exposure to startup or Fintech environments is preferred.
