- Greeting each and every guest with a smile
- Answer any questions patients and customers have and make recommendations for therapies based on symptoms or areas of desired improvement
- Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective utilization of examining and treatment rooms
- Register customers and process payments
- Respond to email appointment requests
- Maintain waiting room and front desk area in neat and orderly condition
- Confirm daily appointments with customers by phone
- Organizing and maintaining optimal workflow for patients and spreadsheet management
- Able to engage and excite people about their wellness and health
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and education requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Amazing interpersonal abilities
- Top-of-the-line organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

- Incredibly detail oriented
Preferred skills:
- Fun and easy-going personality with the ability to engage our clients during each appointment
- Vitamin experience, training, certification preferred but not required
