Nova Vita Wellness Centers offers the best in wellness services to support, maintain and balance whole-body health, longevity, and aesthetics care. We over a combination of natural and cutting-edge treatments in a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.We're now hiring an office administer to be the face of our clinic to clients Part Time OR Full Time INCLUDING Saturdays. If you're excited to be part of a winning team, Nova Vita Wellness Centers would like to hear from you!The ideal candidate must have exceptional customer service, verbal communication and organizational skills, along with an inherent passion to educate and enrich the lives of others.Responsibilities for Office Admin Associate

  • Greeting each and every guest with a smile
  • Answer any questions patients and customers have and make recommendations for therapies based on symptoms or areas of desired improvement
  • Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective utilization of examining and treatment rooms
  • Register customers and process payments
  • Respond to email appointment requests
  • Maintain waiting room and front desk area in neat and orderly condition
  • Confirm daily appointments with customers by phone
  • Organizing and maintaining optimal workflow for patients and spreadsheet management
  • Able to engage and excite people about their wellness and health
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and education requirements:


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Amazing interpersonal abilities
  • Top-of-the-line organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Amazing time management skills
  • Incredibly detail oriented

Preferred skills:


  • Fun and easy-going personality with the ability to engage our clients during each appointment
  • Vitamin experience, training, certification preferred but not required
