πŸ’» About the role:


As a People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for our People Experience and internal HR operational processes partnering closely with the People Business Partners and team members to create a smoothly running working environment and own operational processes.

πŸ—ƒοΈ What you will be doing:Β 



  • You fully own the all operational processes from Pre-boarding to Off-boarding

  • You transform HR processes into people experiences

  • Prepare and manage all HR-related documentation

  • Ensure that our HRIS is up to date and can be used as single source of truth for all employee data

  • Fully own the onboarding and offboarding processes – ensure smooth execution of the process, identify areas of improvement, find solutions and roll them out

  • You create detailed reports and analyses for the management team

  • Oversee payroll closure with our external payroll providers

  • Take care of the token exercising and payroll process

  • Assist with visa processes (via agencies) and work closely with Employer of Record organizations to support our international team members

  • Keep an eye on the latest Labor Law, Tax and Social Security updates and implement changes accordingly

  • Support in the budgeting and cost-controlling process for HR-related items and benefits

  • Participate in various HR projects

πŸŽ’ What you will bring:Β 



  • At least 4 years of experience in HR Operations / People Experience in a growing and complex project structure

  • Experience working with first-time leaders

  • Proficiency in working with an HRIS (Personio is a plus) and a strong background in preparing payroll

  • Experience managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders (Finance, HR, Legal)

  • Native-level of German and Fluent English

  • Extensive knowledge of Labor, Social Security, and Tax Law in Germany (other EU countries are a plus)

  • Social security and employment law knowledge of Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.


  • Experience working with Employer of Record providers
