CTI is seeking a dedicated Program Security Representative (PSR) to join our team. As the Program Security Representative (PSR), you will provide day-to-day multi-discipline analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities, in direct support to the Government Program Security Officer (PSO). As the PSR, your role is to ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), its Supplement, and applicable Director of Central Intelligence Directives (DCIDs), Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and Special Access Program Central Office (SAPCO) policies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure strict compliance with the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, and applicable DCIDs, ICDs, and SAPCO policies. Conduct and document facility compliance reviews, follow-on facility reviews, and facility close-outs. Monitor, report, and track corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.
- Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding SAP, SCI, and Collateral information. Provide day-to-day security support, assessing procedures to identify shortfalls and recommending improvements to security policies, procedures, and systems. Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks related to test, training, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with the Government Program Manager, PSO, and SAPCO on all SAP matters. Ensure timely notification of pertinent security matters to program, technical, and management staff. Create and route Program, Visit, and Common Access Requests.
- Assist with classification reviews of outbound correspondence. Prepare and process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receipts.
- Conduct initial, event-driven, and annual training for all assigned SAP-accessed individuals. Assist in developing and implementing the Operations Security program.
- Conduct preliminary inquiries and generate damage assessments in cases of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and/or sensitive information.
This position requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
Necessary skills and experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in DoD and/or IC program security work on classified programs, implementing security architectures for new technology programs.
- Experience working within a security team supporting contracts with performers.
- Experience with SCIF and SAPF accreditation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Security Management or a related field.
- Must have an active U.S. government Top Secret security clearance and be SCI eligible. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
- Must be willing and be able to pass a Counterintelligence Scope - CI Polygraph.
