We are looking for a 3D Artist / Retoucher to join our team in London or Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and award-winning agency, working across an array of global clients. You will be a passionate individual who is looking to build their career in a fast-moving agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain own retouch workload and priorities, ensuring assets are submitted within agreed timelines
- Provide quality control of all forms of imagery
- Work closely with other teams across the agency, ensuring briefs are clearly met and necessary stakeholders are kept up to date during the creative process
- Actively striving to deliver excellence on all projects to ensure that KPI’s are met, with a meticulous eye for detail, visual composition, and proportion
- Retouch and process imagery for print and online in line with Client brand guidelines
- Be familiar with working to a brief and to a high standard
- Respond to urgent ad-hoc retouch and file sourcing requests
- Ensure all imagery is retouched consistently whilst meeting deadlines
- Be attentive and methodical, with a keen eye for detail
- Be open to learning new skills and techniques in our collaborative, supportive environment
Experience / Skills Required:
- Experience in a creative agency
- 3D’s Max experience with:
- Vray – rendering
- Tyflow particle simulator
- Substance Painter
- Photoshop
- Arnold rendering (desirable)
- Substance Designer (desirable)
- Phoenix dynamics simulator (desirable)
- Unreal Engine (desirable)
- Blender (desirable)
- Composite retouch experience
- Strong animation knowledge and experience
- Experience in using creative software such as; Adobe Creative Suite and Lightroom.
- High-end post-production and retouching experience
- Experience with retouching for print and digital
- Work collaboratively within a highly motivated agency team
- Strong understanding of the creative process and marketing disciplines
- Highly organised, exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation, and creative thinking
