What you will do:
Join our team as a Support Engineer! In this role you will handle complex technical problems, act as a bridge between customer support and engineering as well as ensure data accuracy, guide junior team members, and look for ways to improve overall team's efficiency.
Where you will have impact:
- Resolve 3rd-line technical issues in a timely manner, either by routing the issue to the right team or by digging in the code yourself
- Maintain and contribute to our internal knowledge base
- Act as a bridge between our customer support and engineering teams
- Identify & help resolve data accuracy issues in our products
- Support more junior team members in their role
- Continuously look for best practices and opportunities for improvement to increase productivity across our department and beyond

Who you are (requirements):
- Basic experience with programming
- Basic SQL knowledge, JSON, or experience with datasets
- Comfortable in a MacOS environment
- Comfortable using a shell
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Autonomy, efficiëncy and proactiveness are part of your DNA
- Able to communicate in an effective manner to engineers and non-technical individuals
- Passionate about solving customer issues
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
