We immerse ourselves in our customers’ world, reveal unknowns and deliver integrated solutions.We are seeking a highly motivated Warranty Coordinator with a passion for delivering the highest level of customer service and driven to “Do the Right Thing.” The Warranty Coordinator will lead warranty returns of our products, coordinating these returns in our Warranty Platform.
Responsibilities
Confirm criteria required by EControls to process the warranty claim.Submit RMA (return material authorization) to customer.Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.Support Quality Engineering to drive corrective actions with cross-functional team (Design, Manufacturing, Supplier) utilizing the 8D methodology to evaluate root cause of warranty return. Monitor and track receiving, management, and disposition of non-conforming material / product returned by customer for analysis.Work with Accounting/Sales teams to ensure credits are applied to proper accounts.
Ensure warranty process for returned parts is driven to closure.Engage / interface with internal departments to provide technical support for our products and assure quality of delivered information (including the assessment of warranty coverage limits).Provide final analysis reports to customer.
Requirements
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
