In this role, you will analyze data, provide reports, and prepare and present Senior-level briefings. - Salary Range: $83,539 - $98,000 per year (how we pay and promote)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports promptly, both proactively and in response to specific data requests.
- Gather, organize, and present data on:
- Agency structure, processes, and functions
- Policy and legislative matters
- Governance frameworks
- Contracts, grants, and agreements
- Information technology infrastructure
- Facilities and equipment infrastructure
- Medical supply operations
- Patents, intellectual property, and license
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data is maintained, especially in anticipation of data requests.
- Respond promptly to data calls, providing relevant and well-organized information.
- Offer expert consultation and recommendations on policy and governance adjustments when requested.
- Assist staff in planning transition activities, including drafting operational orders (OPORDs), facilitating meetings, and contributing to Operational Planning Teams (OPTs).
- Provide support to key members involved in external OPT engagements.
- Actively participate in crucial OPT meetings and collaborate with the government team to achieve planning and transition objectives.
Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6 years of related experience
Basic Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proven capacity to effectively prioritize, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking and adept problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft applications to facilitate project management and communication.
- Familiarity with Medical Research Development Command (mandatory) and Defense Health Agency (desirable).
- Highly organized and skilled in managing diverse projects and clients concurrently, maintaining high standards within fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
- Adaptable to evolving priorities, capable of managing numerous deadlines, and consistently delivering superior-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Active Secret security clearance.
