What you will be doing:
M-Files is looking for a talented and growth-oriented Partner Sales Representative to manage selected M-Files reseller partners in EMEA and APAC regions. The job is preferably based in Finland but other M-Files locations in Europe can be considered, too. M-Files is not sponsoring for possible relocation. As a Partner Sales Representative you will play a critical role in driving our success through the productivity of our partner sales business. In your daily job you will be helping our partners to sell e.g.
by responding to their requests concerning software quotes and orders. Your outgoing personality, entrepreneurial approach and professionalism enable you to build trusted relationships with the partners and your colleagues.You will need to grasp the fundamentals of M-Files Platform and our value proposition in the market. As a person you shall feel comfortable communicating with internal and external audiences both verbally and in written. You need to have sufficient attention to detail and be able to cope with several ongoing tasks.
Your primary day-to-day tasks will consist of:
- Engaging with the partners virtually, mostly in written
- Answering partners' commercial and sales process related questions
- Helping partners to self-serve themselves with our partner facing solutions
- Working cross functionally with colleagues in other teams and organizations to fulfil the customer needs
- Working in international environment where the business language is English, and the team and partner base are widely spread throughout the regions
Who you are:
- Having bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant work experience
- Excellent English (both verbal and written), other language skills are highly appreciated
- Fluent use of Microsoft Office and other Windows based applications
- Proven people, communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in SaaS business is appreciated
- Eager to learn new things with aspiration for career growth in SaaS sales
- Willing to live and breathe M-Files principles: Help Others, Love Customers, Make it Happen
