Test Automation is one of the fastest growing markets in software, and Ranorex prides itself as a leader in the market.Our offices are located in Houston and Austin, TX; however, remote applicants may apply without a requirement for future relocation. We are looking for a hands-on individual to drive revenue with tactical execution of our business model. The ability to multitask, adjust processes, work with both internal and external clients, and maintain a positive drive are extremely important. The ability to handle the pressure of deadlines and manage a pipeline of projects for multiple products and brands is a must.The Marketing Specialist is a results-oriented professional who provides comprehensive support to the Marketing Director. They will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, managing social media presence, generating leads, and providing administrative and operational support to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and marketing trends.
- Develop and create engaging content (written, visual, and video) for various marketing channels (website, social media, email).
- Manage social media platforms, including creating content calendars, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including creating email copy, designing templates, and analyzing results.
- Support with SEO/SEM efforts to improve website traffic and organic search ranking.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Administrative & Operational Support:
- Provide calendar management and scheduling for the Marketing Director.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, coordinating resources, and maintaining project documentation.
- Research and compile market data and competitor information.
- Manage marketing budgets and expenses (if applicable).
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, agencies, and partners (if applicable).
- Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
