This position will work with subject matter experts and teams that may include human resources personnel in addition to other stakeholders.Successful candidates will have experience in the following:Project Management
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution of project tasks.
- Monitor, track and communicate project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Change Management
- Create and manage detailed change management plans, including communication, training, and support activities.
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs and materials.
Requirements
Technical Ability
- Proficient with Atlassian Platforms (JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.

- Effective verbal and written communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Leadership
- Ability to lead and manage client resources and partners at the executive level and collaborate with senior leadership on business and IT projects.

- Strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills; rigorous approach to program management to deliver enterprise-level projects.
- A self-starter who is resourceful, proactive, and assertive, thriving in fast-paced and entrepreneurial environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years project management including a proven track record of leading successful programs and projects including career progression to larger initiatives
- Minimum of 2 years experience navigating organizational change or talent management initiative at the enterprise level.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing complex projects across multiple functions and distributed enterprise solutions.
- Formal training and certification in structured project management and delivery methods (e.g., PMBOK, Agile/SCRUM, PRINCE2, COBIT, Kaizen, Lean, RUP, CMM).
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
