Responsibilities
- Review conference packets, rectify errors, request missing documents, obtain approvals, and update Global Electronic Approval Rating System (GEARS) and SharePoint databases accordingly.
- Identify collaborative opportunities with external agencies aligned with strategic engagement and partnership objectives.
- Develop standardized operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across methods and systems.
- Assess proposed organizational, policy, and procedural changes, providing insights into their potential impacts.
- Coordinate partner engagements, overseeing logistics, travel arrangements, schedules, and attendance.
- Aid the Support Agreements team by processing agreements, tracking progress, and generating comprehensive reports.
- Recommend and provide counsel on initiatives to optimize operations, reduce turnaround times, streamline workflows, and enhance support quality.
- Offer logistical assistance and coordinate meeting materials for both internal and external gatherings, including conferences, by preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and approval packages.
- Gather, organize, and disseminate information on USAMRDC business activities to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Support public relations endeavors such as newsletters and articles while researching partner capabilities to inform collaboration efforts.

Requirements
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required
- 3 years of relevant experience
Basic Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
- Highly efficient and extremely detail oriented.
- Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high quality work products, with minimal supervision.
- Active Secret security clearance.
