  • Salary Range: $58,013 to $70,000 per year(how we pay and promote) 

Responsibilities 


  • Review conference packets, rectify errors, request missing documents, obtain approvals, and update Global Electronic Approval Rating System (GEARS) and SharePoint databases accordingly. 
  • Identify collaborative opportunities with external agencies aligned with strategic engagement and partnership objectives.
  • Develop standardized operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across methods and systems. 
  • Assess proposed organizational, policy, and procedural changes, providing insights into their potential impacts.
  • Coordinate partner engagements, overseeing logistics, travel arrangements, schedules, and attendance. 
  • Aid the Support Agreements team by processing agreements, tracking progress, and generating comprehensive reports.
  • Recommend and provide counsel on initiatives to optimize operations, reduce turnaround times, streamline workflows, and enhance support quality. 
  • Offer logistical assistance and coordinate meeting materials for both internal and external gatherings, including conferences, by preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, reports, and approval packages.
  • Gather, organize, and disseminate information on USAMRDC business activities to various internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Support public relations endeavors such as newsletters and articles while researching partner capabilities to inform collaboration efforts.

Requirements


Minimum Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required 
  • 3 years of relevant experience 

Basic Requirements


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills. 
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft applications.
  • Highly efficient and extremely detail oriented.
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and able to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high quality work products, with minimal supervision. 
  • Active Secret security clearance.
