Your Role
As our Liquidity (Risk) Management Lead, you lead our company-wide liquidity reporting, planning and steering with substantial impact on the company’s success. You play a pivotal role in developing our controlling function and shaping our financial strategy, reporting directly to our VP Strategic Finance and collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership team. This role offers a clear path to grow into a leadership position, with opportunities for managing a team in the future.

Your Responsibilities
- Implement accurate and meaningful monthly liquidity reporting for the Group, including our ABS facilities, to the senior leadership team, investors, and lenders. Drive and oversee high impact liquidity initiatives to optimize our cash position and utilization.
- Own our rolling liquidity planning and steering and challenge all business inputs with the relevant departments; perform scenario analyses and stress tests with a focus on risks and opportunities to enable informed decision making by our senior leadership team and improve the business performance.
- Manage our commercial banking relationships, establishing a robust governance structure and best-in-class treasury setup.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a state-of- the-art liquidity management tool integrated with SAP S4/Hana, driving the scalability and efficiency of our liquidity management processes.
- Contribute to the company’s success by building and developing a high-performing liquidity management team.
Your Profile
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in Finance, Consulting or Banking, preferably in Liquidity Management, Treasury and/or Controlling in a fast-paced environment.
- You graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, business administration, or similar.
- You have outstanding project and stakeholder management skills. First people leadership experience is a plus.
- Good knowledge of German GAAP (HGB) and/or IFRS - relevant certification is considered a plus.
- You are a self-starter with strong analytical skills and you work with great attention to detail.
- You are quick on your feet, well organized and an excellent team player.
- Fluent in English; fluency in German is considered a plus.
