We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who has a consultative sales approach, provides 
an excellent customer experience and offers polished communication and presentation skills. You will bring a consistent track record in sales achievement, Software/SaaS a plus.  Sales and business development role, working closely with customers and prospects to identify opportunities, categorize and filter leads and help to set up sales representatives for productive sales engagements. This role will include lead development and direct selling, so the ideal candidate has experience with both and is comfortable speaking to a technical customer.   In some regions you will be responsible for supporting resellers throughout the pre-sales process and ensuring that they are engaged and selling our products and that corporate lead sales processes are followed and documented. Full-time role - 40-hrs/week UK business hours, Monday - Friday.  KPI-based role (measurement of success based on activity - daily calls, meetings, opportunities created,etc.)

Responsibilities


  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a monthly basis
  • Learn Software products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers
  • Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers
  • Continue to build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with accounts in your book of business
  • Be the voice of the customer; understand their needs and make them champions
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Some localization of select sales and marketing campaigns/events
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other equivalent CRM
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Previous technical sales experience preferred

Essential Skills & Experience


  • A proven track record of sales success demonstrated by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous sales experience. (Ideally this would be in mainland Europe and/or Southern European countries.)
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written with precise attention to detail.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain a quality pipeline.
  • Must be able to manage and close deals both directly and working with partners.
  • Detailed understanding of a software solution sales process.
  • Technically adept and able to quickly assimilate technical solutions.
  • Strong networking skills and awareness of other working practices/cultures.
  • A strong team player across the related internal business functions.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and partners at all levels in a confident and effective manner.
  • Experience of working in competitive and changing environments, and/or with US owned companies.
  • Proactive, committed, hard-working and driven individual. – Must be able to prioritize own work and daily functions.
