Why this Role?


The Endpoints team owns and builds public APIs that allow developers to integrate with Cohere. They support API reference docs and SDKs that help developers have a great time using our APIs. Please Note: We have offices in Toronto, New York, San Francisco, and London. We embrace a remote-friendly environment, and as part of this approach, we strategically distribute teams based on interests, expertise, and time zones to promote collaboration and flexibility. At this time, the Endpoints team is seeking new team members in London UK only.

As a Product Engineer, you will:


  • Work with a small but ambitious team of product engineers, designers, and product managers
  • Ship delightful experiences for our user-facing products, meticulously crafting server code and occasionally code for browsers
  • Own and build robust services-oriented web experiences (our backend stack includes Golang)
  • Build internal tooling (CI/CD, dev utilities) to move faster together
  • Keep up with the cutting edge and adopt new technologies to improve performance and reliability

You may be a good fit if:


  • You have some internship and/or full-time experience
  • You have a grasp of engineering fundamentals
  • You’re excited to add new technologies to your toolbox and use them where it makes sense
  • You care about bringing value to our users - It’s not just about chasing the latest tech stack. You understand the balance between craft and speed 
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and an ambition to scale a company
  • Bonus: you have played around with the Cohere API
