IRT
Product Director. The Product Director will collaborate with relevant management and teams to define and communicate a clear roadmap and vision for YPrime’s IRT product.

:
- 7+ years of IRT experience, preferably in a combination of Operations and Product focused environments
- A strong understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)
- Strong Project Management skills, with experience working in an Agile environment
- An ability to partner with both internal and external constituencies to develop and align on product strategy

- You’ll collaborate with relevant management, staff, and stakeholders to define and communicate a clear vision for YPrime’s IRT Product line
- You’ll develop and communicate a product roadmap, outlining a path for ongoing product improvement
- You’ll gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to shape the product vision and roadmap
- You’ll partner with developers and testers to implement new product features and improve existing design, architecture, and UI
- You’ll prioritize product updates and enhancements, taking into account business and client needs
- You’ll evaluate and implement the tools and processes necessary to aggressively drive our product forward
- You’ll ensure a seamless flow of information form the Product Development team to the rest of the organization, regarding things like Product Development goals and timelines, trainings on new releases, updates to core documentation, etc.
- You’ll assist in the design and execution of internal and external training
- You’ll act as a product evangelist, advocating for the product internally and externally
- You’ll research and stay abreast of all data related to assigned product line(s), including industry trends, client feedback, and other internal analytics to ensure that YPrime is providing value
- You’ll work with the Operations team to gather data from study builds that can be leveraged to enhance the base product
- You’ll conduct regular competitive analyses to ensure YPrime’s product is well-positioned in the market
- You’ll partner with the Quality and Compliance team to develop and enhance processes and documentation related to the product
- You’ll participate in the business development process as needed
- You’ll work with YPrime’s Marketing team to create product related marketing campaigns
- You’ll attend client meetings and industry events to further understand needs and position our product

- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent amount of related experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Dynamic presentation skills and a comfort/passion for presenting gin front of large audiences
- Top notch written and verbal communication skills
- Technical experience working with Business Analysts, Testers, and Developers
