The Role
As a Marketing Project Manager at CompanyCam, you will manage the tasks of the design, video, web, content, and marketing strategy team members. The Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring all activities of our marketing projects. You will coordinate communication among project owners, creative team members, and stakeholders, taking conversations and turning them into actionable items while ensuring transparency around task progress and updates. You will define the project scope, determine reasonable delivery dates, and assign team members to the work.
The Marketing Project Manager also monitors team workloads and helps creative team members establish daily and weekly priorities.
In this job you will...
- Intake project requests and add them to our project management system (we use ClickUp).
- Develop and optimize timelines for the delivery of project assets.
- Schedule and lead project meetings and check-ins, keep notes and distribute action items.
- Scope estimated workload for project tasks and document deliverables.
- Monitor the team's workloads and adjust and redistribute tasks to keep workloads manageable.
- Set, monitor, and manage task dependencies.
- Build and manage task and project templates.
- Find process inefficiencies and work with the project management team to identify opportunities to optimize our process strategically.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders and provide project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Assign tasks to the team — whether that be copywriters, designers, videographers, animators, creative directors, or marketing managers.
- Review completed tasks for compliance with task specifications.
You must...
- Have 3+ years of experience in a project management role on a marketing or creative team.
- Have prior experience in workload management for a team.
- Have prior experience working in task management software to create projects, tasks, templates, and automation.
- Be a clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Know how to delegate and solve problems.
- Have knowledge of graphic design, video production, and web development processes.

- Have prior experience working in our frequently used systems: ClickUp, Slack, Notion, and Zapier.

Compensation:
This is a salaried position at CompanyCam. Our starting salary is
$70,000 and is based on experience. We also offer meaningful equity and other benefits.
