*This role requires you to be in-office, Monday through Thursday at our Atlanta location, with Work-from-Home Fridays. The schedule is 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.*
AutoLeap is building a world-class vertical SaaS organization in the aftermarket auto repair industry, and we are seeking a driven, talented, and passionate Marketing Account Manager to drive the adoption of our industry-leading marketing services.This is a unique opportunity to join on the ground floor and make a tangible impact for customers by helping them grow and drive their businesses through top-of-the-line marketing services. Working closely with our Account Executives and Customer Experience teams, you will act as our marketing subject matter expert and primary point of contact for marketing service inquiries.

As a Marketing Account Manager, you will:
- Work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience team to promote and sell our marketing services to existing customers.
- Warm call into the customer base to upsell and cross-sell marketing services
- Schedule and conduct meetings with customers to review their needs and guide them through the sign-up process.
- Manage a large and fast-moving pipeline of marketing opportunities.
- Become an expert on AutoLeap’s marketing services and the value they provide.
- Follow and document sales processes.
- Use Salesforce as per outlined processes for all activity and interactions.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly quotas.
Requirements
- Experience selling marketing services, preferably for a third-party agency, including website development, SEO, and PPC.
- Familiarity with marketing automation software is a bonus.
- A strong track record of success and progression in previous roles, especially in marketing sales.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience using Salesforce as a CRM, with excellent hygiene practices for maintaining activity records.
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment typical of early-stage start-ups.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively represent AutoLeap and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A willingness to be coached.
