What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruiting: Source and recruit Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and Medical Assistants for US-based clients.
- Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and our internal database to find and engage candidates quickly.
- Interviewing: Conduct Zoom interviews with candidates on camera.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to qualified candidates to schedule interviews.
- Reporting: Report directly to the CEO.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical recruitment experience with US-based Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
- Work Hours: Must be willing to work during US hours (night shift).
- Relentless Work Ethic: Must be willing and able to work 50-60 hours per week while still enjoying life.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is crucial.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- High Volume Recruitment: Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
- English Proficiency: Fluent in English at a C1 level or higher.
Compensation:
- $1,500/mo base + monthly placement bonuses
- On Target Earnings: $30,000 USD annually depending on performance
