The Role
We are currently seeking a Product Manager to become an integral part of our ZenBusiness Adoption team. In this pivotal role, you will assume full responsibility for the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the user journey portions around adoption and initial usage of our platform products. Collaboration with other portfolios within the Engagement & Retention Division is key along with each product division, who will be your primary internal customer, as you work to fulfill our commitment to offering a comprehensive, one-stop solution to fulfill customer needs.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and innovative environment, where your efforts will directly contribute to the success and growth of our product offerings and customer satisfaction.This position will report to the Director of Product Management and is a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the continuous improvement of the customer journey through the adoption of platform products in alignment with the division's goals and market demands.
- Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision-making and measure the success of product-driven initiatives such as customer engagement, take rate’s and revenue.
- Rapidly iterate and evolve the product to meet a host of needs: growth in the business unit, platform scalability, adapting to new government regulations, creating currently needed solutions, and planning for future user needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, design team, other product managers, and program management to develop and implement the customer experience for our customers.
- Work with engineering teams to add new features and functions that improve the customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in Product Management, preferably in a marketing or sales-driven role.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as marketing, media, or business administration.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to launch web or native mobile software products..
- Hands-on familiarity with Product Analytics and understanding of how to use in-app metrics to reduce friction and increase repeat usage.
- Superb interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Forward-thinking mindset, with a commitment to developing product offerings that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Expert with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
