We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Success Representative to join our team!

This position is onsite in our Miami office.

As the face and voice of our brand to our valued customers, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with them through effective communication via phone and email.

Your key responsibilities will include:


  • Building strong relationships with our customers by providing exceptional customer service that exceeds their expectations.
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Retaining customers and de-escalating any issues that may arise, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
  • Managing finance contracts with precision and accuracy, ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted on time.
  • Identifying opportunities to retain or offer additional products and services that may benefit our customers, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction.
  • Representing our brand with pride and enthusiasm, making sure every customer feels valued and appreciated long after their initial purchase.

Compensation:


  • Hourly rate of $24.00
  • Eligibility for monthly bonus incentives (typically between $200 and $800 each month)
