• To perform parts supervisory related tasks and provide support to the Line Manager effectively and efficiently. • Communicate and ensure accessibility to process documentation by all personnel. • Coordinate the relevant subject matter required by team to deliver process design within set timeframe.• Ensure the parts team works according to policies, principles, processes, and procedures of the parts department.• Lead and supervise a parts process team using while following the BWE Leadership philosophy and demonstrating value driven leadership.
• Housekeeping, Report Management. • Motivate and drive the required behaviour aligned to the Brand.• Deliver customer service according to position relevant KPIs while meeting departmental financial targets
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Grade 12 and a tertiary qualification would be an added advantage. • Business development skills and knowledge.• Track record leading people in a team-based/participative environment.• Experience in managing a parts operation advantageous. • Sound parts business acumen, Attention to detail • Organisational Awareness, Good Communication skills, Analytical Ability • Product and systems knowledge • Customer Service orientation • Inventory Control and warehouse experience • Parts Sales experience and business financials understanding
